Account and Data Deletion

You can delete your GODRILLS account and the associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do it, what is erased and within what timeframe.

From the app (recommended)

The simplest and fastest method:

• Open GODRILLS and log in.
• Go to Settings → Account.
• Tap "Delete my account" and confirm.
• Deletion is scheduled 30 days later. During this period, you can cancel it simply by signing in again.
• Once that period ends, your account and personal data are permanently deleted.

By email

If you can't access the app, write to us:

• Send your request to contact@godrills.app from the email address linked to your account.
• Subject: "Account deletion".
• We process the request within 30 days maximum and confirm the deletion to you.

What gets deleted

Deletion permanently erases:

• Your profile (name, username, email, preferences).
• Your test results, your Index, your HCP and your progression history.
• Your routines, favorites, saved rounds and community data (friends, teams).
• Your trophies and personal statistics.

What may be kept

For legal or accounting reasons, some data may be kept on a limited basis:

• Billing records, kept for the period required by law, then deleted.
• Anonymized technical data, which can no longer identify you.
• A paid subscription is managed through the App Store or Google Play: remember to also cancel the subscription from the store to avoid any renewal.
