Terms of Service

GODRILLS is a golf performance testing, training, and scorecard application. It provides standardized performance tests across 5 sectors (Putting, Short Game, Wedging, Irons, Driver), a video drill library, personalized training protocols, a GPS scorecard connected to 42,000+ courses, community features, and gamification elements. The service is available on iOS and Android in 9 languages.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• GODRILLS offers a free tier with limited features and a Premium subscription with full access.
• Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Subscription prices vary by country (regional pricing tiers). Prices are displayed in your local currency before purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies.
• GODRILLS may offer promotional packs (thematic drill packs) as one-time purchases.

You agree not to:

• Submit falsified test results or manipulate scoring in any way
• Create fake accounts or impersonate other users
• Harass, bully, or threaten other users through community features
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the scoring algorithms
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the service
• Share your Premium account credentials with others
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

• GODRILLS, the GODRILLS logo, GODRILLS Handicap, GODRILLS Index, Performance Genetics, and all related branding are trademarks of AB INNOVATION SAS.
• All drill videos, scoring algorithms, test protocols, and training content are the exclusive property of AB INNOVATION SAS.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any GODRILLS content without prior written consent.
• The GODRILLS scoring system and benchmark methodology are proprietary and confidential.

• You retain ownership of your personal training data, test scores, and scorecard records.
• By using GODRILLS, you grant us a license to process and display your data within the app (e.g., leaderboards, public profiles if enabled).
• You can export your data at any time through the app or by contacting support.
• Anonymized and aggregated data may be used for statistical analysis and service improvement.

• GODRILLS is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that test scores reflect your official golf handicap or federation-recognized performance level.
• GPS distances are approximate and should not be relied upon for safety-critical decisions.
• AB INNOVATION SAS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for Premium in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. All personal data will be permanently erased within 30 days.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with prior notice when possible.
• Upon termination, your access to Premium features ceases immediately. No prorated refunds are provided for the remaining subscription period.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toulouse, France.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the app and by email. Your continued use of GODRILLS after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
