• Training data: drill completions, training duration, Daily routine usage, protocol assignments
• Scorecard data: round scores, course played, GPS location during rounds (only when actively using the scorecard feature)
• Golf equipment: club models, personal distances, golf bag configuration
• Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, unique device identifiers
• Usage analytics: pages visited, features used, session duration, crash reports

Your personal data is used for the following purposes:

• Providing app functionality: performance testing, scoring, training recommendations, GPS scorecard
• Performance analysis: calculating your GODRILLS Index, Handicap, and Performance Genetics
• Personalization: generating your Daily training routine adapted to your profile and weaknesses
• Community features: leaderboards, friend connections, coach-student relationships, public profiles
• Communications: transactional emails, push notifications (with your consent), marketing emails (with your consent)
• Service improvement: analytics, bug detection, feature usage analysis
• Legal compliance: fraud prevention, anti-cheat validation, legal obligations

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure located in the US-West-1 (North California) region. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. We implement Row Level Security (RLS) on all database tables to ensure strict data isolation between users. Access to production databases is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We share data with the following third-party service providers, strictly for the purposes described:

• Bunny.net (CDN): delivers drill training videos. No personal data shared.
• PostHog (EU cloud): anonymous usage analytics. IP addresses are anonymized.
• Sentry: error monitoring and crash reporting. Minimal personal data (device info, user ID).
• OneSignal: push notification delivery. Device token and user ID only.
• Loops: marketing email campaigns. Email address only, with your consent.
• Resend: transactional emails (password reset, account verification). Email address only.
• RevenueCat: subscription management. User ID and purchase data.
• Golf course data provider: GPS coordinates only (not linked to your identity).

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of access: request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Right to rectification: correct any inaccurate personal data
• Right to erasure: request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Right to restrict processing: limit how we use your data
• Right to object: object to data processing for marketing purposes
• Right to withdraw consent: withdraw consent at any time for optional data processing

The GODRILLS website uses only essential session cookies required for the website to function. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies. The mobile application does not use cookies.

Your personal data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently erased within 30 days. Anonymized and aggregated data (not linked to your identity) may be retained for statistical purposes.

GODRILLS is not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy in the app and on our website. Your continued use of GODRILLS after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
